A new program for people with ADD/ADHD.
This meditation training consists of eight weekly two-hour sessions.
The program is configured on an individual basis after a careful evaluation of your personal needs.
Some of the subjects to be taught or applied include:
- Relaxation techniques
- Mindfulness of body and breath
- Attention training step-by-step
- Awareness of emotions (negative and positive) and their effects
The training will help you to:
- Focus your attention
- Become aware of your own attention patterns and to regulate them
