Aware Communication:

Imagine a relationship based on honesty and empathy: a compassionate communication between parents and children, between spouses and friends.

Develop a communication that fosters trust and understanding. Promote a joyous home free from the dialectics of warfare (time out, curfew, etc.) and with neither punishments nor rewards.

Become mindful of the power of your language that can either heal and nourish or hurt and crush those to whom you speak to.

Based on the work of Carl Rogers, Thomas Gordon, and others, we seek ways to develop a language that promotes understanding of the needs of others as well as our own.
